Sam Mosco grew up in the small town of DuBois, Pennsylvania and studied Cinematography at Point Park University in Pittsburgh. His career began as a camera intern on a Nickelodeon show. He continued to work as an AC on feature films on the east coast before moving to Los Angeles, where he worked his way up the ladder through the lighting departments, which led him to his first feature film as Director of Photography.
Since then, he has shot many award-winning films and his worked has been viewed millions of times online. He has a heart for narrative film but enjoys shooting commercials as well. Currently, he is supervising color work for his latest feature film, Italian for Travelers.
